Novotel in Dubai exceeded expectations. Spacious, modern rooms offer stunning views including iconic landmarks. the staff, especially Esther and Amr, provided exceptional service and went the extra mile to ensure a fantastic stay. Convenient location near the metro and Mall of the Emirates. Hygiene standards were impeccable, and the breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a wide variety of dishes.

Inconsistent room amenities and view. No major complaints.

Novotel Al Barsha offers spacious, well-equipped apartments perfect for families or groups. Stunning views of Burj Al Arab and Atlantis. Fast internet, efficient housekeeping, and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast variety, gym, spa, and pool with bar.

During my business trip to Dubai, I had the opportunity to stay at Novotel Dubai Al Barsha, chosen by my director. I particularly enjoyed the relaxing dip in the beautiful heated outdoor pool at Novotel. After a long day of meetings, it was the perfect way to unwind and take in the stunning views. The gym also impressed me with its nice assortment of equipment, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine during my stay. Additionally, the recreational options available for non-skiers, including the outdoor pool and sauna, ensured that there were plenty of options for relaxation and leisure activities.

I had to ask for Iron & Iron table and bathrobe although they should be existed in this type of room!

Despite minor room flaws, Novotel Dubai Al Barsha impressed with clean rooms, comfy beds, and efficient AC. Staff were accommodating and the location near the Metro was convenient. Food was excellent. Minor hiccup with unhelpful reception staff, but overall a pleasant stay.

The convenient location, walking distance to the shopping center, along with the attentive staff like Ms Ayu at breakfast, were standout highlights for us. We enjoyed our time in the three-bedroom apartment with Ms Evangeline's help, and the top-floor view was spectacular 🎉. Just a small suggestion to consider providing a chair and umbrella for the hardworking parking attendant.

The rooms at Novotel Dubai Al Barsha are just so comfortable and well-equipped. I felt right at home with the modern décor, super cozy beds, and all the high-tech features. It's perfect for a low-budget traveller like me who still wants a little luxury.

The only thing I didn't love was the individual climate control. It was a bit tricky to figure out at first, but I'm sure others might not mind it.

The staff helped me retrieve forgotten jewelry on my first stay. Novotel Dubai Al Barsha has everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, heated swimming pool, in-room air conditioning. This place suits me perfectly. I'm coming back for Easter.

A central location, easy access to tourist attractions and business hubs. The poolside bar offered a nice escape, with great views. State-of-the-art meeting rooms were ideal for work.

Loved not being able to control the AC well, it's always fun to be either freezing or sweating all night.

While my stay at this hotel was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. the breakfast spread could have been more varied and appealing, with a lack of certain items like cereals and Nutella, which are usually expected in a hotel of this standard.

The location was super convenient, just a short hop to the metro station and the coolest mall around. The hotel vibe was totally lit, and the breakfast was off the charts! Plus, the staff were so chill and hooked us up with all the deets on the hottest spots in the city. It was epic!

It would've been even more sick if the hotel had a rooftop hangout spot for young peeps like us to chill, vibe, and party the night away.

the 2-bedroom apartment surpassed my expectations with its spaciousness and stunning 32nd-floor view. the hotel's convenient location near JBR and Emirates Mall made exploring easy. the staff, especially the receptionist and Anna, were incredibly helpful in arranging my PCR test. the proximity to public transportation saved us money on taxis, and the hotel's excellent restaurants and chefs were a highlight. a fantastic choice for families or group travelers.

The location was perfect, near all the places we wanted to visit. The room was clean and nicely furnished, and the hotel reception was big and nice. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing me to check-in early and providing great service throughout my stay. The security was always present and helpful, and the housekeeping staff kept my room spotless. The breakfast served in the restaurant was delicious, and the wifi was fast and reliable. Checking out was a breeze, and I would definitely stay here again.

The gym, well, a bit of everything. Hotel near buzz, yet calm - loved it. Shopping errands nearby got ticked off. From fresh towels to bfast choices, they've got your back. No need to stress over meet-ups. Relaxation meant pool dips and bar lounge hangouts. For a well-deserved break, my go-to!

I love the hotel very much, staff are very friendly. Food was good, restaurant on the ground floor was fabulous. Swimming pool is very good and parking was in shadow and easy. The gym was large and well-equipped. Relaxing at the spa and enjoying a full body massage added to our family bonding experience. Exploring nearby landmarks like Mall of the Emirates and Wild Wadi Waterpark further enhanced our stay.

I've stayed at Novotel several times already and I really like it. the rooms are nice and luxurious, with modern and comfortable furniture. the staff, especially Esther from reception, went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. the location is great, in the middle of the city with easy access to taxis. the views from the high floors are amazing, with sights of the Burj al Arab and the Burj Khalifa. Novotel is a very nice place to stay with all the luxury of a 4-star hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at Novotel Al Barsha. the staff, especially Esther at reception, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. the room we were upgraded to was spacious and modern, with great views of Dubai. the kitchen facilities were adequate and the bed was very comfortable. the housekeeping staff did a thorough job cleaning our room and provided complimentary water, tea, and coffee. I also appreciate the personalized touch of a birthday card and cake in my room. Exceptional customer experience!

Staying at this place was an amazing experience! I loved the location of this hotel as it was conveniently near to many attraction spots, including the Mall of Emirates, where I got to enjoy the amazing indoor ski resort. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was impeccable. They were well-mannered and always willing to help. Lastly, the facilities within the hotel were top-notch. I got to enjoy the comfortable and soundproofed rooms with amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bar, and in-room safe which made my stay highly comfortable.

The hotel was overpriced and charged more than initially shown on the website. There were issues with double charging and poor communication.

The hotel’s location near the metro station is very convenient! You can easily get around and find things to see and do in the nearby area. The hotel is also close to Mall of the Emirates, where you can shop and dine to your heart's content. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great workplaces.

The breakfast at this hotel is not up to par. It’s overcrowded and you have to wait in long lines.

We booked two 2-bedroom apartments for 8 of us and they were right next to each other. Apartments were amazingly clean and huge. Staff was very helpful and efficient. The restaurant Craving Cajun has delicious food. Pool in the shade in the morning, but beach is 15 min away. Will recommend.

The salsa night was a hit and the vibrant atmosphere made it an unforgettable experience. The bar service was excellent, with lively and friendly staff creating a welcoming environment. It's a must-try for a lively night out alongside the cheerful crowd.

My wife says that the kids wished for a larger variety of kids' activities.

Chose this hotel for attending a vendor expo because it provides guests with excellent service and a convenient location. After a day of sightseeing or business meetings, the staff's helpfulness and the comfortable accommodations were a great relief. They truly made the stay enjoyable.

One service that I missed for my work was a printing and scanning facility within the hotel premises.

We loved the location of the hotel as it was near to the metro station, the Emirates Mall, and very close to the Mall of the Emirates. The hotel facilities were great, with a wonderful pool and fitness center. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We also appreciated the safe and convenient parking.

I was impressed with the helpfulness of the front desk when I requested to change my room due to noise. They quickly moved me to a new, quieter room. The room was clean, spacious and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Despite the small issues in the room, the staff quickly resolved them for me. I had a wonderful stay at the Novotel.

The check-in process was a tad disappointing—payment confusion led to a frustrating loss of vacation funds.
